FAQ - Payment

        1. What are the methods of payment? click here>>

You can pay by credit card, cheque or cash. All transactions will be quoted in ringgit Malaysia. We do not accept cheque from foreign banks, or payment in foreign currencies.

i. Credit Cards

Payment through credit card is the most convenient method of payment and preferred by our company. Payment is expected upon installation.

Receipt will be given on the spot once the payment is clear.

ii. Cheque

We still accept cheque payment but if the cheque issued encountered any problem during the clearing process, you are required to re-issue the cheque for further process.

Kindly get the cheque ready. Our technicians are authorized to collect the payment upon the installation day.

Receipt will be given on the spot once the payment is clear.

iii. Cash

Our trusted authorized technicians will collect the payment on the installation day. A receipt will be issued once the payment is clear. You are required to sign on the receipt and invoice provided.

No extra charges for purchase of minimum 2 units of Jantzen Bacteria Free Water Purification System.

        3. Do you provide any installment plan? click here>>

        4. Why is my credit card being declined? click here>>

There are several possibilities that caused your payment to be declined:

- Your information may be entered incorrectly

- Your bank may have an older billing address on the file

- You may have forgotten to enter the 3 digits card code

- Your credit card may be over daily limit

- Your bank may have disabled Internet transactions

- Our payment processor may be having difficulties

Yes. The invoice will be given to you upon your 1st installation.

        6. Will I receive a receipt once the payment is clear? click here>>

Yes. The receipt will be issued on the spot once the payment is clear. You are required to sign both of the receipt and invoice.
