Setahun yang lalu, saya telah membeli penapis air yang diperkenalkan oleh rakan sekerja saya. Pada mulanya, saya memang berpuas hati dengan perkhidmatan syarikat ini yang memberi jaminan wang akan dibayar balik jika kami tidak berpuas hati.
